Great electrolyte drink. No calories, great tasting, mixes fairly well and all the minerals and electrolytes you need with no fake or nasty crap most companies put in stuff. Can mix with just stirring, but can settle if you don't drink right away, blender bottles work great to mix it very well.Will usually drink before I go out in the heat like playing volleyball or going for a paddle, also before strenuous acitivity like snowboarding or hiking, it really does help prevent cramps very well. Will drink after a lot of exertion as well if I feel dehydrated or start to get that foot wanting to cramp feeling.Also great for a hangover, or if you think you might have one the next day,I'll drink a glass of this before bed, helps immensely. Don't think I will be buying any other electrolyte drink ever again. But do wish they had on the go packets would a nice addition.

After looking at several products, I found this one to the be the best. It’s not too sweet. The taste is excellent and it does everything I need to do while fasting. This is a complete electrolyte drink mix and I highly recommend it after trying several others. A lot of them will trick you and there’ll be a little grams of sugar or carbs in there And I don’t believe you go this far in your fasting just to shut it off with some carbs, this is a great product. Remember, you’re fasting to help yourself out. Yes, it’s a little more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Great product and better ingredients and low price if you compare amount to other brands.Great taste and I found you get almost 2 months in a can.I drink this 3-4 times a day.It replaced my water consumption.I just got another today to make sure I have some ready when I need it.Great and cheap compared to everyone else.

To me this is the best product in this category. Great ingredients and not too much sodium. Tastes pretty good plain but squeeze a lemon or lime into a a quart of this and it is amazing.Great job Dr. Sten!

Love the ingredients in this product but it is way too sweet. If they took some of the sweetness away it would be perfect.

Its not super sweet, I do find the taste to be a little off. Like it doesn't taste like other lime lemon electrolytes drinks. But I feel that's a good thing no sugar. I add lemon juice to give it more taste. Has a good blend of vitamins. Usually have 2 bottles a day with this on my fast days.

I’m doing ketogenic diet and these have helped me so much with "keto flu." I wasn’t sure I’d be able to continue with die. I felt so much better the same day I started taking this product. Didn’t care for the Stevia sweetened lemon-lime flavor at first, but I dilute it in a giant glass of water, be sure to stir it often (especially before the last bit in the bottom) and am not minding it at all.

A friend recommend this to me after I couldn't find a good electrolyte pac for my water. I can tell you, this is NOT too sweet. It tastes like a good lemonade. The item did NOT come damaged. Everything has been good with the product. It is a great Electrolyte. I will use this from now on.
