Users: 1000 Concurrent calls (G.711): 150 Max concurrent SRTP calls (G.711): 100 Review: Check if repair backup is available before you buy - A good product, but for Repair it is pathetic, it's like use and throw. Kindly check before you buy. I purchased for a Helpline and one port was not working and asked the service Tech for getting it repaired. I was told there is no repair backup for Grandstream in India. Review: Does exactly what it is supposed to do - it is an excellent VoIP PBX. Does video conferencing, audio conferencing, session recordings, and 100’s of more features. Based on Asterisk VoIP software (open software) originally written by Digium, it auto configures Grandstream VoIP phones, handles hundreds of calls simultaneously and has a great dashboard that shows exactly what is going on. Great device in a small package at a great price, and will handle several old analog phones and/or fax machines as needed. Performance is excellent.
