Tasty. They help me sleep. They truly do work because I was taking the top amount, had my blood drawn and Mag was a little high. I backed off for a while. Full amount which is four gummies will also help anyone that needs help in the body regulation department

The gummies taste good, they're affective for reducing muscle cramps, and convenient to chew and go. Sometimes I take 1 or 2 more for stronger spasms. They don't need the extra sugar, they're good already, and diabetics could use them then.

These gummies are very tasty. I got the raspberry lemon one. They are quite chewy so if you have braces like me then just watch out for it because it might get stuck on your brackets. It doesn’t even taste like your taking a supplement because it is that good. It was actually doctor recommended to me. I have no complaints.

I'd say these are okay gummies. The flavor and consistency are more like a stale JuJu or wax, but not unpleasant. I was previously taking four, as labeled, in addition to a multivitamin, and it brought my magnesium level way too high so I cut back to two. That's at least a testament to its potency.
