I will give the product as of now a 5 star to be fair. I already knew there would be a strong possibility it would have started melting by the time i received it by delivery.The 1st picture was when i opened the jar, it was a little runny in the jar. When i poked the top, it pushed down and the rest of the oil came to the top of the jar, but I'm ok with that also.It does have that coffee smell which personally, I do like overall!The 4oz jar is adorable, well packaged for travel & delivery! Nothing was leaking from the jar..so far, its a yes on repeat orders.

Well I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now Ive notice a slight difference. My hair is not falling a lot as it used to. Another things that I have noticed is that I used to had a lot build up on my scalp and it has reduced a lot. So I will come back with an update. This product someone recommended to me and told me that he stopped using it because he's hair was growing a lot.

I'm OBSESSED with this unrefined batana oil! My hair has never looked better - it's longer, thicker, and healthier than ever! The oil smells amazing and absorbs quickly. I've been using it for a few weeks and I can already see the difference. My edges are laying, my hair is shinier, and it's growing like crazy! 5 stars isn't enough, I'd give it 10 if I could!

I thought I applied the review a while ago, but see that it wasn't mentioned. Please read below:This product took my hair out when I rinsed it out aost to the root and it straightened a portion of it. I smelled perm and wondered where that smell came from when I smelled my hair that came out it was my hair that smelled like perm. I do not nor have I ever had a perm in my hair. The part that I put it on some of it came out the other part of it is bone straight amd it will not curl back up to it's natural state. My hair is all natural.Thankfully I did not put this horrible product all over my hair. The ingredients list only one ingredient which is the product name it does not list that it has coffee in it and it does not list that it has perm and chemicals in it however when you open the bottle it does smell like coffee which I thought was an ingredient.I called my stylist crying and she had to fix the problem and she saw for herself where my hair came out and where the other part of it was straight and not curly when my hair is naturally curly.If you want to use this product it's best to go to a store and not get it off of Amazon from this company like I did.Notice the bad reviews are more recent than the 5 star reviews and they placed our bad reviews down at the bottom mixed in with the other. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! I am still waiting on my refund!!!!

I’m giving this product a five star because this is 100% Batana oil. It has all the characteristics known of batana… it doesn’t need much heat to get it to melt, the color is accurate to being only brown and it does have a smoky coffee scent (which doesn’t bother me at all). There were also no air pockets in my jar so I know I definitely got the full volume amount that was paid for. I was looking online for reviews to see which brands were selling the real deal and which one was fake but this is definitely for real and I hope this helps the next person.

Though other reviewers said the smell is mild; it is very strong. The oil is good value but the smell was too strong so could not use for the duration to see if product worked. Also, took a while to get the jar open as it is sealed very tightly. Hope others have better luck with product and able to take the strong smell.

Package arrive early. Loved that it had melted a bit. This allowed for easy sample. Smell description is true. Smokey but another person says it smells like roasted coffee!!!Product was not heavy. It worked right into the scalp but left it looking hydrated!! I plan to buy again!!
