I don’t write reviews very often, but these deserve a shout out! They are the best for baking cupcakes, brownies, egg bites, etc. We use these for egg bites probably once or twice a week. They are perfect for making breakfast sandwiches, and they make clean up a breeze. They are also excellent to use as molds for freezing. They measure an ideal portion size for food prep: rice, sauces, soups, etc. If you have leftovers, pop them in these and make your own convenient freezer meals for later. Most molds are flimsy and hard to get in and out of the oven by themselves. The reinforced form on these pans means you don’t have to use an extra tray to get things in and it of the oven. I wish they made these as cake pans, I would buy the entire lot! It would also be lovely if they made lids. Great product, I’m looking forward to seeing more good things from this company.

This product actually works! I bought this to freeze individual portions of mainly soups. I successfully freeze the soups and can pop them out without a problem. I then place in freezer bags. This size fits perfectly in my soup mug which then gets microwaved for an instant lunch. I am so impressed every time I use this muffin tin. And, without a silicone spray! The reinforced handles make this so easy to carry to the freezer without spilling. I'm ordering more!

With the craze of cooking with muffin pans, I knew if I were to join that I needed something big. Something HUGE! Mammoth muffin pan that would surely dwarf other standard muffin pans.Then I kept on thinking, "Cleaning would be such a pain in the ...", and then I thought of silicone mammoth muffin pan. I searched and searched for the perfect one to claim one for my own, but so many seemed flimsy and not structurally stable... until I found this beauty.Sure the price is premium but it was worth it. Putting this in and out of the oven was so easy, not worrying about the pan being flimsy when holding on to the side like a normal muffin tin. The only thing that threw me for a loop was that when baking using this pan, the recommended temp needs to be higher and or longer due to non conductive heat during cooking process and pending on what you're making it varies.Other than that, this thing has been a dream to use and cleaning is such a breeze. Also this product does indeed use the high quality silicone, not some unknown Chinese silicone mixed with fillers to pocket more profit. If you pinch/bend the silicone and it turns white/discolored as it goes back to it's original shape then it's not a quality made silicone. The color should be the same and it was the first thing I tested after I opened the package and it passed.I love this pan so much and I knew I would when I first ordered it that I was originally going to get one but I bought 2. I may buy more when I move with more kitchen space and I'm looking forward to see what other products that this company may release in the future.

These are really cool looking. They are the larger ones. I should have gotten the smaller ones, but that isnt a big deal. They work great, for brownies, corn muffins, or any type of batter you can dream up. They clean up nice, but for some reason don't totally dry in the dishwasher. I would reccomend these.

First let me say that I pretty much hate any kitchen gadget that can't be thrown in the dishwasher. Second, is there anything harder or more annoying to clean than metal muffin pans!? I love to bake, so when I saw this muffin/cupcake "pan" that is dishwasher safe I knew I needed it in my life! Here's what I LOVE about this pan:-HANDLES: You guys, it has HANDLES! Need I say more!?-STURDY FRAME: This is not the first silicone baking pan on the market, but what makes this one different is that it had a sturdy frame around it to keep it from flopping all over the place when you're trying to put it in and take it out of the oven. BRILLIANT!! I wouldn't use a silicone baking pan that didn't have a sturdy supporting frame around it.-EASY: By far the best feature of this pan is how easy it is to use and clean! NO greasy cooking spray or paper cups required! NO cutting around the outside of the cupcakes or muffins to get them out! NO baked goods falling apart in the removal process (just pop the cups inside out)! NO obnoxious soaking and cleaning routine after you're done baking! I just popped the cups inside out and rinse them off, then threw it in the dishwasher (though it was practically clean after the hand rinse). DONE! I can't tell you how happy this makes me. No rust, no hand drying, no scrubbing, no mess!-QUALITY: This is a very well designed and well made product. It does not feel cheap and the materials used seem high quality and sturdy. I feel like this is something that will last a long time with proper care.The only things I did not like so much:-SMALL: This is NOT a standard size muffin/cupcake pan. I thought it was when I bought it but it isn't. The cups are smaller by about a tablespoon and a half in terms of batter. I used this side by side with my standard muffin tin to make some blueberry muffins so you can see the difference in my side by side comparison pics. They're a cute little size to be honest and could be very useful for certain occasions, but I prefer the standard size for every day baking needs. I talked to customer service (very professional and helpful) and they told me the standard size will be released soon (HOORAY)! In addition to making a smaller cupcake/muffin, the bottoms of the cups are small enough to slip between the bars of my oven's baking rack which was a little annoying when putting it in and pulling it out of the oven. I had to position it just right to keep it from falling through.-BOTTOMS BURN FASTER: When using this pan side by side with my standard muffin tin using paper baking cups, the bottoms of the muffins in this pan got brown faster than my standard tin. For one, the additional layer of paper protected the bottoms of the standard muffins. For two, there was more batter in the standard tin so I had to leave them all in longer than I normally would. You can see how the rest of the muffin is perfectly cooked on the top and inside, but the bottoms are just a tiny bit more brown than I would like. If/when I convert to using these pans exclusively (which I absolutely will), I will adjust my cook times appropriately and probably won't have this issue because I won't be sharing the oven with a different type/size of pan.All in all I am VERY pleased with this product by Bake Boss and am excited for their standard size pans to come out! This is a must have in my opinion for any baker. Hope this helps!

I love this product. I use it to make muffins or cornbread and it releases them out well, does not stick.

I love this pan! Have used it for mini quiches & they don't stick at all. I used no-stick cooking spray the first time, but haven't used it since - it really isn't needed. The pan cleans up great. I REALLY like the reinforced, rigid top - you don't have to use a cookie sheet under it. This is my first silicon cooking item, and I'm glad I looked carefully and chose this one. I'll be ordering a second one.

Bakes muffins like a charm without greasing and cleans up great.
