Excellent product
I have a very bad bone spur in my left heel and have been in agony. After researching the problem I decided to try these out first before heading off to the Podiatrist and spend a small fortune. These inserts have been amazing. I was hesitant to get these after reading a few reviews that said the arch support was in the wrong place, but once you get used to it (about an hour) the relief is wonderful. I will be getting extra inserts for other shoes. You do need to make sure you measure your foot since these are not like the box store Dr. Scholls type that you trim to fit. Also, these inserts are not soft, but are rather stiff to give support where you need it. Seeing as a pair of custom inserts will cost more than $400, these are an excellent buy.

good arch support
I've had heel pain for a while. My doctor told me I have plantar fasciitis and I should buy orthotics insoles to relief my pain in heel. I went through the best sellers on Amazon, and decided to buy this pair.I am a size 5.5-6, and I brought the smallest size available for this insoles (6-6.5). They fits just right, not large.I actually only have pain in right heel. After I installed both orthotics insoles in my running shoes, my left heel felt supported and my right foot didn't feel uncomfortable as well. The only thing is that they don't fit in toms or ballet flats due to size. I might brought one more pair of short insoles for toms and ballet flats.

Great pain relief, poor sizing chart, "guarantee" with no contact info
So I'd love to give this product 5 stars for the pain relief but unfortunately the sizing with the inaccurate measurement chart is a drawback.Good-- all day yesterday I got up from my chair on breaks from my computer and didn't realize for a while that my foot had not ached and I was not limping from the pain for the first time in weeks. So they do work, much better than the pro-fit inserts I bought before, and I'm excited by that. However, I specifically measured my shoe insole and ordered by the chart in the photos. These are a quarter inch shorter than the chart would indicate. My toes hang off the edge which is uncomfortable, and another reviewer said gave her blisters, so I'm not looking forward to that. When you order, you might want to buy a size up, because you could trim the toes down, but you can't make them longer! Also the company says they're guaranteed, but there's no phone number and no email address and no way to say hey this size was too small I want a bigger size... so I'm not sure what that guarantee helps when there's no contact info anywhere. This is not eligible for return either on Amazon.

Provides comfort
The first day I wore it, it did my feet justice but the 2nd day by the 2nd half of my day not so much. One of our trainers recommended changing shoes every day and I started to do that with the soles and it did give me some comfort. I don’t think walking on cement for 10hrs a day with any shoes or soles will keep your feet from hurting but it gave me enough relief to work! Without them I was in soooo much pain, I could hardly make it through a day but now it just aches and not so much hurt. It’s only been a week so it’s see how it holds up next week.

Great fit and very comfortable.
Bought my first pair back in July to help address my plantar fasciitis issue. It works amazingly! It fit perfectly with no issue inside my ankle boots I wear regularly. I bought one that fits size 6 shoes. Since having these in my boots, I have not had any pain issues or experience discomforts when walking around or standing for long periods of time. I just purchased a second pair to be used with my running shoes for long distance runs and my cleats for soccer. I have tried other orthotics inserts but have not been able to find one that fits this comfortably nor provides the relief I needed.

Blisters and scrapes
I used these inserts in sneakers that were slightly large on me. They took up the extra room and felt great when I wore them only an hour or two. But I went on vacation and did extensive walking and even though I had socks on, the inside sharp edge on each insert caused pain and actually rubbed the skin off the sensitive inside arches of both feet. The pain affected me for the next two days after I removed the arch supports, making it difficult to walk comfortably. I definitely did not like the sharp edge on inserts and there was nothing I could do about it.

Too wide for women’s shoes
I ordered a Woman’s 6 - 6 1/2. Although the length was accurate, the insole was too wide to fit into any of my size 6 1/2 shoes. I think there needs to be separate sizes for men and women to better account for foot width. I am disappointed I cannot return the item.

Training for a half
Ran my first half last year and the training/race messed up my ankles and feet. I was too lazy to look into and fix the problems I was experiencing. This year I didn’t want to go through that, so I bought these as a tester figuring I’d go to the doctor if these couldn’t do the trick. These so the trick. While the first couple runs in them gave me blisters under my arch I still actually really like these and am grateful for them. My feet don’t ache at all after a long run like they did last year. It’s pretty amazing.
