I’m really impressed with the Wantek USB Headset! The sound quality is excellent, providing clear audio for both music and calls. The microphone captures my voice perfectly, even in noisy environments. The headset offers impressive versatility with its 3-in-1 connectivity, working seamlessly with my PC, laptop, or phone thanks to the USB, 3.5mm, and Type-C options. All the different connections can cause static, but pretty decent overall as I can switch from phone to PC. The trick is to keep the connections at least a few inches from each other and clean frequently with electronic cleaner.

Basic plug and play set up. Easy to use and works well. Only note is that you cannot hear yourself speaking through the earphone when speaking. Not an issue for me but may be for some.

Good sound and mic

Quit working after 5 mos. Changed connectors but no luck. It was Ok before it quit since I used only a couple of hours a week.

Don't work for talking, video calls or call center work. Tried four different devices and no one could communicate with me all I could do was listen to my customers and couldn't address their concerns with them. Couldn't communicate with any team members or supervisor bc the microphone doesn't work for talking. Not a good purchase and lost 4 days worth of pay bc of non working equipment . Not a good purchase, flimsy and very cheap made

Gets the job done. Flexible ways to plug into a laptop computer. Good sound qhality.
