Anthony's Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder, 1 lb, Ground, Gluten Free, Non Irradiated, Non GMO, Keto Friendly

I've always used cassia cinnamon, but after reading about high lead levels in many brands of cassia cinnamon, I decided to give ceylon a try. Most ceylon is a bit different, not as spicy and pungent as cassia and just doesn't have the same cinnamon flavor I'm used to. I've tried a few different brands of ceylon and while they were ok, they were definitely different from cassia. This time I tried Anthony's and it's the closest to cassia that I've found. It's very good cinnamon. In my opinion it has the best of both worlds, the sweetness of ceylon and the spicy quality you usually only get from cassia, plus it says it's 100% organic and (hopefully) you're getting the health benefits of ceylon. If I didn't know any better, I would have guessed it was cassia upon tasting it. I hope they continue to sell this brand for a very long time.

Anthony's Ceylon Cinnamon is the only brand I trust that is real Ceylon Cinnamon. I bought other brands on Amazon that were fake and tasted like saw dust and even turned into a slimy blob in the bottom of my coffee cup. Not Anthony's, it isn't some cheap knock off, it's pure and real Cinnamon.

So far, Anthony's Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder is working well for me. I'm using it not only for flavor but to help regulate blood sugar. Unlike the typical Cassia cinnamon, Ceylon cinnamon is lighter in color with a slightly milder flavor. I was having heartburn issues with the Cassia Cinnamon but not with the Ceylon variety. I mix it in my tea and with cereals or over friut, so I don't take a huge dose all by itself.

This product is a great item. It has the right texture and flavor. It was easy to use with the recipe that my daughter has created at home. Her cinnamon rolls prepared, turned out fantastic. They were not too sweet and you were able to taste the flavor of the ingredients. I highly recommend this product.

This is the best cinnamon I've ever purchased. It's sweeter than typical garden-variety cinnamon, but it still has the cinnamon flavor you need for savory dishes, and it is quite a bit healthier than the cheap processed stuff at any given Walmart. It is the only cinnamon I'm using from now on.

I was not able to find ceylon cinnamon in stores anywhere. After looking on line and reading lots of reviews I opted for Anthony's and I was not disappointed. I love the smell and the taste. It does cost more than store cinnamon, but I think it is worth every cent. I highly recommend!!
