The battery on my VOYOR Blackhead Remover (model BR410) wasn’t charging, but VOYOR quickly replaced it for me.

Very good for clogged up skin
I bought this because I have lots of closed comedones on my cheeks and whilst they aren't visible from afar, when I'm close up to the mirror I hate the way they make my skin texture look.Previously I was using a BHA toner (paula's choice) daily along with semi regular clay masks and occasionally the BHA & AHA peel from The Ordinary. My closed comedones are squeezable - as in with most of them I get white stuff coming out when I squeeze my face but I'm concious of how bad that is for my skin so decided to try this.So far I've tried it two ways:- Cleanse, apply BHA, wait 20 mins, clay mask over the top of BHA, then once skin is rinsed and dried I added an oil cleanser and massaged my face for a while (this helps to draw out anything the mask has pulled up to the surface) and then with the skin still slightly oily, used this item to glide over the affected areas- after cleansing on a damp face after being in the bath for 20 minutesThe first method worked much better so I'd say it's worth using products & taking the time to prepare the skin fully for the suction - otherwise you're likely to just damage the skin and not actually pull any gunk out.My skin was a little red after using but quite glowy. It definitely got gunk out - I have a lot of closed comedones on my face still but I wasn't expecting a miracle, and I think this will improve over time if I follow the process listed above weekly.

Don't do it hun...
Ok. So during lockdown I have had far too much time to look at my own face, and was becoming mildly obsessed with removing the black heads/ clogged pores around my t-zone/ nose/ chin. Having seen loads of adds for this on Instagram I started researching. The reviews looked good so I went for it.I've tried all the various heads and suctions- and flowed the instructions to the letter. Overall- the product removed very little dirt from my pores. The suction on lower power does nothing. On medium or full power the suction has ruined my face! I used it for only a few mins (never holding the suction in one place for longer than 2 seconds) and I have bad bruising on my chin, forehead, nose and t-zone. I genuinely look like I've been punched in the face. The suction has also taken off a layer of SKIN on the sides of my nose...Needless to say I look FAR FAR worse than I ever looked before I used this. On the high power the suction is quite painful, but it does remove a tiny amount of gunk from the pores. But no where near enough to be worth the pain and after effects. It certainly is no where near able to remove actual black heads. Super frustrating!Honestly had better results from those rubbish t-zone blackhead strips.Overall- just don't do it hun.

Effective but use with caution and be gentle
I have been carrying out a comprehensive skincare routine for the most part of 3 years now, consistently, and having tried about every product under the sun that says it minimises blackheads with no results, I came across this product as a last resort. Generally I am not one to try such abrasive methods on my skin since it is quite sensitive, especially since the facial region is even more so, however after reading some promising reviews and hearing some esteemed professional’s opinions online I thought I’d give it a go.I started by steaming my face as recommended using some hot water and a towel over my head to open my pores and soften any dirt that may be under the skin. After doing so for around 10-15 minutes, I began to use the product. I found that on the lower settings I couldn’t see any visible residue being pulled out, so naively decided to ramp up the power to the maximum on using the most abrasive head as instructed in the manual. This was a pretty huge mistake. Although it did an excellent job of pulling out all of the dirt and left my nose practically bereft of all blackheads and mildew, it left me with some nasty bruising and scars. To help accelerate the healing process however I iced my face straight afterwards for the swelling and did apply some Arnica cream nightly which did wonders over the early days, and in about a weeks time, the scarring had dissipated, although I did happen to look like someone had just punched me in the face which wasn’t ideal for social settings.Overall I’d say it’s an effective product that says what it does on the tin, but if you want to keep your sanity and not be completely bruised, I recommend starting of on the lowest setting and gradually removing the dirt from the skin as apposed to one harsh period, small increments are much better and sustainable. Also highly recommend some sort of anti-inflammatory ointment straight afterwards in order to minimise the bruising.
