This has absolutely nothing to do with quitting smoking. One bottle is for tummy aches. Get an antacid. Another is for nausea, eat a cracker. It works pretty good actually but I need some more of the second one is for tobacco I can order separately I continue to help with stomach cramps and stuff though that you get when you quit smoking that makes you smoke Lobelia Inflata 6c or x homeopathic Thru Amazon .

I didn't notice too much of a difference using this except a bit more energy, but I also probably didn't use it often enough for it to do anything for smoking cessation. Overall, packaging was confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it was easy. Taste was fine. Very similar to the oscillococcinum except larger in size.
