Vs Dental Strips and self fill molds
Simply works. I've used dental strips and it just never feels as secure and easy to use. I'd say if you want pure white teeth you'd need 2 boxes but 1 is good if you're a heavy coffee drinker like me and want to touch up every once in awhile. Price and waste are the only downside but for something most people will only use once every 1-2 years I think it's really easy and convenient.

Whiter Teeth? Yes. Easy Process? Kind of. Genetics? Apparently everything.
I picked up my first box of Opalescence Go 15% from my dentist, who swore up and down these trays work just as well — if not better — than the in-office treatments. Naturally, I was intrigued. No appointment, no weird blue light, just pop in a tray and go? Count me in.So here’s how it went. You get ten prefilled trays, which is great. What the instructions don’t tell you is that the “just pop it in and the inner tray detaches on its own” thing? Yeah... that didn’t work for me. Not even once. I had to manually remove the insert (which actually holds the gel) from the outer tray and place that in my mouth. It’s not rocket science, but definitely not as plug-and-play as the directions make it sound.Once I figured out the manual detachment trick, they were easy to use. Wear them for 15 to 20 minutes, spit, rinse, and repeat the next day. I’ve gone through six of the ten so far. My teeth are definitely whiter, just not Hollywood blinding yet. That said, my wife used them twice and saw a dramatic difference—like, “You got your teeth done?” kind of difference. So I’m convinced: results vary, and your genes probably have more to do with whitening speed than the product itself. Also worth mentioning is that you can get custom trays made and buy the gel separately, which cuts the price in the long run. But you do have to lay out the upfront cost for custom molds.Bottom line: If you want a solid, dentist-recommended over-the-counter option, this is it. Just be ready to skip the outer tray, trust the goo, and manage your expectations unless you won the tooth lottery like my wife.

See your dentist first.
The whitener works but i’m not sure the “one size fits all” approach is wise. Maybe if your teeth are well aligned, its easy to use , but i had trouble getting the lower to adhere to my teeth.

Better then Crest
I've had a lot of work done so results might not be as drastic for me as most however it does work well and it actually stays on and is easy to apply. The crest trips I can never get to stick and cover very few teeth, these cover much more and stay on

Works better than other products I’ve tried
This product really works. I’ve tried whitening toothpastes but they don’t really make a difference. This does! I’m very happy with the results.

Doesn't seem to work, yet
I am not sure these are working our not. I wanted to whiten my lower teeth as I am getting a bridge that I requested a shade lighter than my current color. I am able to use the uppers and lowers for my teeth so the box lasted me twice as long as a normal person. I don't know if it is because I am having a hard time applying them or just a bad batch. I bought another box to see if the shade gets better. They are very hard to apply. I dont know how many times that I have tried to remove the green tray just for the whitener to still be in it. I really have to press down hard everywhere and suck multiple times as well as wiggle it side to side to get the green tray to come off without the whitener. Very frustrating. My gums, also, are getting irritated from the clear tray that holds the whitener. It appears to be pushing down on my gums during the 15 minute or so time for application. As far as refrigeration, my dentist said that is only for if you are not going to use them for a while. If you are going to use them within a month or so, refrigeration is not necessary. I know there is a question as to 'well how long did they sit in my doctors office or at an Amazon facility' which I cannot answer.

Not what I was expecting, not worth it for me.
I got these hoping they would be better than the strips I was using. I was wrong! These are terrible and I will not be rebuying. Firstly, there’s more to these than just the strips. With the strips, you peel them off, stick them on your teeth, and wait the amount of time. Easy. With these trays, you have the main plastic tray, then the weird waxy tray that holds the whitener. You have to push the main tray on and kind of suck the waxy tray onto your teeth. It always takes me several rounds to really get the waxy tray to stick and it feels like a sports teeth protecter when they are in. On top of that, the whitener inside the waxy tray is clumpy and I almost wondered if it was old/expired but the box didn’t have a date that I could find. It should be like a toothpaste and kind of squish around your teeth, but every time I take these off, there are clumps on my teeth and the stuff doesn’t seem to be spreading appropriately, which reduces the whitening effect of the product. I noticed spots on my teeth where the clump balls would be and would whiten in spots. Also, these are designed for perfectly straight teeth. Now, I don’t have crazy crooked teeth, but I do have one, on the bottom row that is not perfectly aligned. I’ve never had any issues using strips, but these trays don’t work well at all. The top row fits okay and seems to stay once you manage to get it on there. But the bottom row never fully covers that one tooth that isn’t perfectly aligned, and it slides around on my bottom row very badly and doesn’t whiten evenly.Overall, the Crest brand whitening strips whiten better, stick better, and are cheaper than these with less hassle and less overall waste.
