The design is cute, but very thin for this cold weather. No size info and no size selection, so you don't know what size you are ordering(like drawing lottery in the dark, lol). I tried my luck and ordered it, hopefully it's a size M, but got XL,way too large for my 8 years old. Customer service almost non-exist. I contacted seller to provide size info, and got one reply to ask product name and I reponded quickly, but it takes forever for seller to repond later, no enough time to solve it before ordering a new one to arrive on time for my need. I will return it for sure.

Nice sweatshirt, not too thick. Only complaint is the sizing is not great. My daughter usually takes a size 10 because she is tall for an almost-9-year-old, but the 10/12 was way too big. The size 9 still left ample room for her.

The gift was well received for a Potter fan but personally I felt that it should not be called a hoodie. It is not thick and fluffy but more like a thin t-shirt-esque material.
