Good motor, very weak spokes. Customer service is amazing!!!
Finally got around to getting my bike converted to electric. Kit installed fine however the "j" of the spokes (where spoke meets the hub) from the beginning didn't look right... Not flush. But they were all carrying the same amount of tension, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. However a few decent length trips (20+miles round trip) a spoke broke off at at the hub... Couldn't figure out what the slight "tink tink" sound that was coming from the bike... Another trip around town and I felt the rear kind of wash a little bit around a corner, pulled over to check things out and 4 more spokes are broken... All at the same spot... Super frustrating.. hopefully the seller will make things right. Keep in mind I weigh 160lbs. The bike is a high end specialized sworks enduro. And the install was professionally done. Update! Contacted company and they went out of their way to handle my issue in the most professional manner. They were fast and efficient in finding a resolution that far exceeded my expectations. I am going to be doing business again with them soon. And i absolutely recommend them for all of your ebike conversion kit needs!

Seems good
Instructions were a bit weak but videos helped. I initially didn't have the spacers on the inside of the fork and the wheel wouldn't turn freely. Also I needed to solder the battery connectors. Could have twisted them with a wire connector I guess. Very fast with a 48v 20ah battery. Plan to use it to commute to work. Edited after several trips. This was a good purchase. Working on more efficient use of the throttle. At first I was over throttling and my range was only about 25 miles but if I take it easy and ramp up slowly and keep it around 20mph I'm getting substantially more miles per charge. It tops out at about 32mph on flat straight path. I think I cam get closer to 40 miles if I take it easy on the throttle. Also in hindsight I would probably go with the front wheel and not the rear. That way I can keep the original gearing and not mess with the cheap gear cluster it came with. Overall really happy with the purchase.

Excellent quality and engineering
I have been an avid rider for many years now, but due to physical limitations, I cannot ride a pedal bike for any distance anymore. Installing the PEXMOR motor wheel on my Fuji was one option, and it turned out to be the best choice as the system has served me well for several years now without any issue. The power is more than sufficient, and the instrumentation, motor controls, and battery efficiency have been fantastic. Installation was also very easy, with everything essential provided. Be sure to locate some heavy wall tubes with extended air valves due to the construction of the rim.

Works great
Installed a front hub version on our tandem bicycle less than a month ago . So far we have put on almost 200 miles and love it. It does all that it is suppose to and wasn’t terribly difficult to install. While not a complaint, I did change the twist throttle to a thumb throttle that worked better with the twist gear shifter on my bicycle. The only disappointment (again not a complaint) was that the connection on the controller for lights didn’t match the connection on the lights I bought. I would highly recommend this e-bike conversion kit.

Does not work – no response from company
Does not work and cannot get support from manufacturer! Only way to contact is by email; three sent – no reply! In my opinion, the controller is not working as I cannot get the display to work or the motor to turn. If I hold the power button on, and operate the throttle, the motor will run… I would return this item except for the huge amount of work required to disassemble The E bike, remove the tire, ship it back, etc. Instead, I am ordering another controller with its own PAS and display. DO not buy.!!!!!!

Pretty Fast
I ordered the front wheel kit to put on a 40 year old mountain bike. The written instructions are pretty bad. The videos on YouTube are ok. Once I finally got the wheel mounted, everything was pretty easy to do. I had to buy longer screws for the display, but that was it. The PAS did not mount on my bike. The only thing I haven’t figured out yet is how to get rid of the brake levers from the old brake/shifter unit on the handle. I spent about 3 hours total to install the kit. I bought a 48v battery. Of course I had to test drive it before reading the instructions. It went 20 MPH uphill. Make sure your brakes are in good shape. Between the cost of the kit and the battery, I spent about $400. Much cheaper than a new bike. I’ll update the review after I get some miles and experience.

Impressive value
The motor and controller that come with this kit are pretty amazing for the price. I was able to fit this motor to a 26" GT Stomper mountain bike with the frame bag and a 48v 15ah battery. With this set up I can easily get 35-40 miles without pedaling at all. The acceleration leaves a little to be desired, but that's just me. The top speed is great on a fully charged battery; I was able to get 33mph on my bike. This is an awesome kit. If you wanted to go cheap, you could get this and a 10ah battery for just shy of 450$ and throw it on a cheap bicycle and limit it to 750w (I would not recommend 1200w without disc brakes) Overall, this kit is a solid preformer. In the past two days I've been riding, I've put over 125 miles on the bike.
