I had a little trouble using it at first but once I figured it out wow a great workout. I definitely felt the burn in target areas. A great addition to my at home routines. I can’t wait to see the results.

This is a super simple design but it works. The pad that it comes with isn't great but you can get one of those thick granny garden pads and they work just fine. The only annoying thing is having to adjust the strap each time I use it but its a very minor inconvenience. This is WAAAY cheaper than buying a sissy squat or GHD.

Love this product!! It's super durable and easy to set up and use. It doesn't irritate my skin when I workout with this and the foam is a great support. Makes working out so much easier!

I was very impressed with this product . It helps your form for perfect sit-ups and hamstring curls . It’s literally a strap with a foam type ball that goes under your door . Reason for the 4 star is because I have hollow bedroom door so using your strength pulling from the door I was afraid my door was going to break but with a solid door this is a small convenient equipment to workout at home . Really good for sit-ups !!!

The device works fine but the knee pad is very thin making the exercise dangerous for your knees. Buy a separate pad

Does the job. I like that it came with a mat to place under your knees. The only thing I don't understand is why the strap is so long.

Bought this product after my last one broke! I love these straps but honestly, I like them for sit ups and crunches. My previous model had a plastic clip, which as I say, broke after a few months. This one comes with a metal clip and is really easy adjust. There's a user guide on the box and also inside. The strap is well made. The rubber stopper on the end doesn't come off (my last one did) It's small, lightweight. Fits in my gym bag or I mostly leave it under the bed. I've used it on all the doors in my house with no problems. The foam padding is curved and really fits around your ankles (my last one had straight foam pads) It feels really well made and I'm hoping it lasts a lot longer than my last one. Great product, highly recommend.

Had this strap for a couple of weeks now, I was a bit concerned that it would mark the door but have to say, so far, nothing at all. It is really well made, the pads fit nicely on my ankles. The free mat is handy, it's small, lightweight and can easily fit in my bag. Overall, great product, I would definitely recommend!

I am very happy with my nordic hamstring curl strap! It's light weight and easy to store if you have limited space. It is simple to use and I have found it really effective for my core workouts. It saves me going to the gym and allows me to work out in the comfort of my own home with the same results. I'm always conscious buying work out equipment online but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product! I didn't realise it came with a free work out mat also - this was a nice touch!
