upon carefully unboxing and inspecting the laptop, I noticed that the back body panel has a visible crack. This damage was present at the time of delivery and was not caused by any mishandling on my part. The packaging appeared intact from the outside, but after opening the box and examining the laptop closely, the crack on the back body became clearly noticeable. As this is a newly purchased electronic device, receiving it in damaged condition is unacceptable and does not meet the quality standards promised on the product listing

Ensure you use the product well within the time period of return. My product had fully charged battery running out if not used for 1-2 days issue, also using the product for more than 4-5 hrs introduces bad smell.
