The only supplement I've tried that actually helps control my blood sugar spikes. (I am a non-insulin dependent diabetic who takes oral prescription medication.) You can take Sugar Balance twice a day. Since I take oral medication twice a day, I normally take one of the SB doses with lunch. It really helps.

This product is a blessing if you have type 2 - take 1 tab. after each meal and it assists in keeping your sugar under control

I have been pursache and for some reason it change . When I took it I have terrible stomach ache

It is okay for the purpose of purchase. I recommend it for other users . A nice product to be invested on. But was cheated by the seller who sent me a product that has almost expired.
