Got this to make pink colored stuff for Valentine’s Day and it did its job! Made rice crispy treats and the little bit of flavor it gave was so good! They were a hit. Also made pancakes and those were great too!

Used this as an alternative to food coloring in my son's first birthday cake. The only reason for 4 stars is this powder was very tart/sour so it did kind of make the frosting a bit weird. But it worked nice for the color.

I used this to make raspberry truffles. The flavor is amazing. Everyone raved over the truffles. I will definitely be buying this again, and highly recommend it to others. Delivery was quick also.

It worked well for what we used it for (raspberry tiramisu brownies for my non coffee loving family) but it is super expensive so will not be repeat buying

Took a baking class w Sur la Table. It called for freeze dried raspberry powder. I had no clue what that was. But of course, it was available on Amazon. And worked like a charm! Thank you for rescuing my macarons!

brauche das für eine Sahne Mascarpone Creme für eine Torte denn diese Himbeerpulver hat mir die ki gesagt nimmt dann auch noch die Feuchtigkeit aus der Creme und somit hält die Creme um eine Biskuit Torte länger und besser es ist genau eine gute Portion für eine zwei oder dreistöckige Torte. Ich bin zufrieden
