Update: Sept. 17, 2024. It has been almost a year since I purchased this laptop. Everything was going fine till now my laptop has 2 cracks in the shell of the top and 2 below the keyboard. To look at it, you would have thought that I tried to destroy it or drop it numerous times. I don't know what type of plastic material that was used in the design of this laptop, but it should not be cracking apart as it is doing. Not to mention the length of time I have owned it. I am truly disappointed with laptop. It works fine, but the craftsmanship is lousy. Buyer beware...Update on laptop. I have uploaded all my info with ease. Colors are vibrant. Light weight. Connections good. Hope this is a winner.Cord is a little short, but I have special extension card to solve that problems. So far, I am enjoying this new laptop. The laptop does get pretty warm, so I will order a cooling pad. Just hope this does not become an issue. Otherwise a good deal.Nov. 3. 2023-Update- I am still loving this laptop. Everything working perfectly. Hope this continues.

Perfect condition and perfect for my needs

This computer is not very good. Reason being is the internet connection process is terrible. It takes several and I mean several attempts to access the internet. I have to restart computer a minimum of 4 times to get the card (?) to actually join the internet. Every single time I use the computer. Once connected it runs ok.Updates take forever to run. It takes up to an hour to update on normal security pushes. It's a terrible computer.You really get what you pay for

I purchased this laptop so that I could take a course online. The camera is defective. Even after adjusting the settings, the camera makes me look like I'm sitting in the dark.Otherwise it's easy to set-up.The screen quality is good. All of the ports are working fine.The battery life is pretty great.The sound quality is good.The body is plastic. It seems sturdy enough.Over all, with the exception of the camera awful, I'm very happy with this laptop.

A great value. Runs Windows 11 pro and is very light and well built.

Laptop works okay but is slow in all aspects; start up, opening programs, websites. With the memory and processor it had I can't understand why. I didn't have it long so there was nothing really added that would cause it. I used it past the return date so I gave it away and got another brand that is much better.

I can't say enough good about this laptop. IT EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY.Extremely Easy Setup. Decent speed. Totally impressed by it's overall performance. Compact and portable.I am wondering why i ever spent $800 on a Lenovo laptop which is being repaired (IF they can get the part). It's only a couple years old.This is why I opted to get an inexpensive laptop.SLOW ANNOYS ME.THIS IS NOT.
