100% would recommend. Used this to help secure my top for a charli xcx brat show & it stayed on the whole night. The tape is double sided so you can easily stick it to your shirt and it won’t be seen. Super easy to remove too.

Strong Hold, But Painful Removal
Great tape! It definitely gets the job done. Your clothes won’t move anywhere. It’s 100% safe to use with straps, cleavage, or any tricky outfit, and it holds everything in place perfectly.However, be warned: It’s irritating on the skin and quite painful to remove. If you have sensitive skin, you might want to think twice. Buy with caution and set your priorities. I guess fashion comes at a price!

Did not work as described.
Very disappointed. The tape sticks to skin, but did not adhere to any fabric (tried cotton and polyester). Tried this on a light weight strapless cotton top. Temps were only in the 70s, so not a heat or sweat issue. Returned the product.

Great to adhere pain patch
I use this to adhere a pain patch to my lower back. I swim at least 5 days a week and this tape keeps my patch in place for ~10 days. So much cheaper than the adhesive patches (which also disintegrate in the water)
