Bosch S5A05 - car battery - 60A/h - 680A - AGM technology - adapted for vehicles with Start/Stop system

Bosch is known for their high quality car batteries and this one is no different, my unit was a recently manufactured one and starts my car straight away without extended cranking from the starter motor.

Bought this for my Mercedes CLA 2020. Fitted this myself and works fine. Cheaper than taking it to a garage and spending an extra £100 for them to change it. Its smaller than the original Mercedes factory battery but fits inside the compartment. Overall would recommend, it cleared my battery warning fault on my dashboard 👍

I have always been a Bosch fan, and this battery keeps up the good work. It was delivered the next day and fits perfectly. I can feel the strength in the battery by how easily it starts my car. Recommended for a Corsa C (2016).

Great value, and excellent service and fast delivery.

It lasted 2.5 years before problems holding charge, and at just hit 3 years old it won't hold any charge at all now. It was in warranty when I first noticed problems and I contacted Bosch, but the hoops around testing you have to jump through along with taking it out of the car and returning at your own cost for further testing before a warranty decision is made was too much of a financial risk to do. I went with Bosch because I expected a quality product with 5 to 6 years service life. I've always bought Bosch but I'll be looking for antoher brand this time round.

Chose this AGM battery for a start/stop petrol 1.8 vehicle. It was well packaged for transport, and easy to install. Although I was a bit surprised by the seeming corrosion on the terminals, so I cleaned it before installation.
