The splint supports the base of the thumb well, but you need a fair bit of tension to be effective. This can be a bit uncomfortable over a long period. Quite expensive for what it is.

Very useful when working with start of arthritis

I had a trapeziectomy on my left hand & this brace gives me the support I need to keep my thumb in the correct position

Very overpriced for what it was , the under thumb part gets very sore as it catches every time you move your thumb .

Doesn't seem to be having any effect, and the velcro doesn't work very well.

Thumbs up for cmc. Good relief with this, design and function.
