Good item hai but folding and opening have a problem

The product we bought earlier today from Amazon is not balanced properly the front left wheel of the chair is uneven according to the right wheel which is balanced properly whilst the left wheel is uneven and is hanging in the air while the other three wheels rest on the Ground As per the following details of my problem regarding this product I expect you to Kindly return this product and refund the amount for the same and I will be happy if you correct the mistake in the future

The footrest fell off after few days. Otherwise useful

I bought it for my father, after sitting on w.chair my father was very pleased, fully silent easy driven and comfortable to disable person, thank you manufacturers!
