Does a great job at holding your back straight. I can adjust the tension in different ways which is great. I don’t use it often because my pain went away, but I use it to lift heavy things so I don’t get the pain again. It’s well made, works wonderfully.

I am petite so I had to go smaller but it is so easy to adjust and folds really flat. It is comfortable I have disc herniation and this helps give me support. It is very wide but you can use the velcro to give support for upper and or lower lumbar.

Size was right. Gives good support. Stays in place.

Made well, stays flex some, and ventilation helps. Large fits a bit tight for 41" waist, but it says it will feel tight at first. Go to XL size for sure if waist is 43" or more. Belt height is 8" in back which is about 1 -2 inches too wide for a people 5'4" or less. But I didn't find a thinner belt. I like that the back rectangular pad is attached with Velcro so it is easy to adjust or remove. That makes it easier to clean, too. It works better for me to put on by undoing the top straps and sticking them back enough for the elastic to buckle. Then I put on the belt securing main straps. After that, I undo the top straps and pull both at the same time to stretch to where I want to secure them. I haven't worn it enough to say if this will help with multiple herniated discs and twisted vertebrae yet.

Good product, fits great, comfortable, BUT there is about a one inch thick pad running down the middle of the back part, which adds to your waist size, making it difficult to button pants. (I like to wear my brace under my clothing)

This was a lifesaver for me as I waited surgery for an unstable Lumbar 4 - 5 joint. It is very sturdy with very strong Velcro. It comes with several stays inserted but removable. I only needed to keep two in place. With the two additional elastic straps, I always felt nice and snug when I pulled them into place. If you have a very short torso, this may be a problem when sitting for any length of time.

Very well made with clear instructions unfortunately I am short-waisted so it was too wide for me. Wish it had worked but I needed to return.
