Artline Black Laundry Marker and White Fabric Marker (Twin Pack)

Kids needed to mark clothing for a 6 week summer camp and this is the one we tried. it worked perfectly for that time frame. It marked the clothing well, lasted for the 6 weeks and was easy to apply. What I can't tell you is how much longer it would have last. I can say it lasts for 6 weeks. For me I marked the clothing then washed it here at the house and when I did that I didn't get any bleeding onto other clothing or the rest of each piece. So for something simple like this these worked perfectly.

These markers work as advertised- permanent marking on all types of fabrics.

Works well

None of them worked. I think the ink was totally dry since I shook it intensively for a long time and no shaking could deliver any ink to write a thing! The black one had to be rewritten many times to mark something and it was such a fine line, I’m almost sure that will come off after the first wash. The white one wouldn’t even write a thing!

The white marker works great, but the black one was all dried up. I tried the alcohol fix but it didn't work. (To be clear, it was rubbing alcohol for the marker. Though I was tempted to have wine for me, but I waited on that.)

Everybody needs these to mark your clothes and other possessions. Unlike permanent Sharpies, these don't fade away in the wash or sun.

Works fine

Package contains one black and one white marker. The black marker worked great however the white marker did not work at all. I followed the pkg. directions and shook it. It sounded like an hard object was inside. I believe it was completely dried out. I haven’t washed clothes yet to see if the ink holds up. I did not return because I used the black marker.

I was tired of using an old laundry marker that just seemed to almost wash out each time, so I got these to try. Straight out of the packet the black worked well, but the white seemed to be suffering as some of the reviews confirm. This was wrong, and you just need to persevere to get the ink flowing. The white pen has a ball that is loose inside which tells me that I need to shake to stir up the contents. It took a good few minutes of shaking, gently depressing the nib and trying to write before the white ink started to come out. From that point on it works perfectly well and the ink flows easily. Rest assured, you don't need to go through this process each time you use it once you get it working. Clothes have been washed several times and the markings are still there, so it's a thumbs up from me. You just need to persevere with the white to get it working but once it does you will be happy.

AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM MAKE SURE THEY WORK. I TESTED THEM AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVED. MY DAUGHTER EVENTUALLY GOT THE WHITE MARKER TO WORK BUT THE BLACK ONE DEFINITELY DOESN'T WORK SO I HAD TO RETURN THEM.
