Great pan at a great price.
I love this fry pan which can be used for other foods to cook. It is a heavy stainless steel with a class center cover. This pan can stand up to high heat. It is great and I am so glad I purchased it. Also it is easy to clean.

Best Decision Ever
This is my first time buying a stainless steel pan, and honestly, best decision ever! Just used it and it worked perfectly—great quality and it heats up faster than my usual pans.I know people worry about sticking, but if you heat it right, it’s amazing. I did the water test—when the drops ball up and glide around like mercury, it’s ready. I love it!

The pan that the rules the Leidenfrost effect
I heard that stainless steel pans/pots are the healthiest to cook in, but I know that they require proficiency otherwise the food will stick to the pan. I read about the Leidenfrost effect to learn how to cook with it, and I ordered a large stainless steel pan (not this one) which was pretty expensive. It worked partially, meaning that the food still stuck to the pan, at least in some areas. I thought I was doing it wrong, lower the heat to early or too late, etc.But then I ordered this pan because I needed a smaller one, not because I thought there was something wrong with the other pan. I thought it would be the same with this one, but it wasn't.It is so easy to use, the food doesn't stick, it practically feels like a non-stick pan and not a stainless steel one. Love it.

Great; just use the right lube.
This works great. Not only for cooking. But also for smacking your husband. Kidding. Seriously though. I recommend using rendered cow fat as your mainstay to keep the bottom lubricated while cooking. It’s called “tallow”. Find a local connection on Facebook marketplace. You’ll thank me later.

Warning the handle could break see photos
Handle will break. 2 for 2 on them breaking off. They give you 4 nuts to screw this on and you only need two. If you put on to tight they snap right off happened 4 times. I have never had this happen before. If I had been cooking and some hot grease was in the pan it would of went all over possibly maiming the user for life.
