Very satisfied customer here!
I received my ordered earbuds, and I am already loving them. The design is comfortable in my ears, and the connectivity is superb. While the overall product quality is average, the active noise canceling (ANC) works exceptionally well, and the call functions are clear. I appreciate being able to control the bass through the app for personalized settings. Considering the price range, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Really good, but flimsy case
It's really good for the price, audio quality is great, noise cancellation is good, only issue is that the case is very easy to open. First day it arrived my cats dropped it from bed height (which caused the buds to instantly fall out) and made me play treasure hunt for my earbuds for a couple of hours the next day. Otherwise, really solid.

Disappointed with Support – Stuck Between Amazon and Manufacturer
I purchased the CMF Buds Pro, and initially, I was happy with the performance. But soon, the right earbud stopped working. I contacted Amazon, and they told me to contact the Nothing (CMF) support team. When I contacted Nothing, they said the warranty is only valid for products bought from their official website and advised me to go back to Amazon. Now I'm stuck between the seller, Amazon, and the manufacturer, with none of them taking responsibility for the issue, even though my product is still under warranty. I followed all troubleshooting steps but got no resolution. This has been very frustrating, and I feel let down by the after-sales support from both sides. I do not recommend buying this product unless the warranty and support process becomes clearer and more customer-friendly.
