As a new Tig welder, I found myself sharpening a lot of tungsten. I am still on the first wheel and it works great!! I can keep it near my work station instead of walking across the shop to bench grinder.

This tungsten sharpener work great for sharpening my tig electrodes, good product for the price.

I had been looking at tungsten sharpeners, The brand name stuff is several hundred to over a thousand dollars, way more than I want to pay for such a simple task. This sharpener looked simple and solid, and at 70 bucks it seemed worth a try. After sharpening my first two tungsten I was surprised at how well it worked. The tool comes with several extra discs, and a fairly nice plastic case to store it in. I would not hesitate to buy another Sonnler sharpener if this tool ever needs to be replaced.

This tungsten sharpener is a precisionly made masterpiece! It is perfect is many ways. Its very easy to set up, and it sharpens the tungsten woth the perfect angle effortlessly! I’ve tried 4 different types of this style rotary tool head tung. Sharpeners and this is honestly up to par as the 400$ ones ! I took 2 stars off because mine 2 large gouges in the aluminum head from being dropped during handling, BEFORE it was put in the storage case and packed for shipping. I attached 2 pics showing what i mean. I will edit this review and give it 5 stars if they swap it out.The value of this sharpener and package, it really deserves 10stars!

Very easy to use, and quick for sharpening tungsten. Grinding discs seem to last a while.

The milled accessory is well made but the "dremel" clone is junk. Without anything attached it vibrates so bad even at the slowest setting you can actually see the spindle wobble. Add a two inch disc and magnify this vibration by a factor of ten. It is so bad it spins the adapter off in use. Buy the head and go out and buy a real dremel.

A lot of tool for the money!I did recut my foam lined case to hold the tool after it is assembled.

Works great. Half the price of the other brands. Only issue is once your tungsten balls up you are not getting it through the little hole to sharpen it again.
