Very good replacement cable for my Bose headphones which allows me to use a superior wired connection for a much improved sound compared to using just the Bluetooth connection

I wanted to be able to used my Bose headphones as a headset on Windows 11. The cable I previously had was getting very unreliable, as was the USB adapter I had with it. I purchased this cable and an USB-C adapter (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B082WG5VTK). The two together do what I needed, with the one exception that I haven't found any way to do what I would like with the control buttons yet. It does also still occasionally have the issue I experienced before with other cables and adapters when the volume would increase to maximum by itself. I don't know whether it is the cable, adapter or Windows that is responsible for this problem.

Perfect replacement. So good to know a broken cable no longer confines expensive headphones to the bin

Works as it should for music but when connected to phone and you get a call, no one can hear you on the other end .. trialled with mutliple calls to friends and family to work out what was happening not sure if just mine faulty or the design of the cord.Would recommend for music use only or just take headphones off when answering/making a call
