Beyond Paint All-in-One Refinishing Paint, No Sanding, Matte Finish for Cabinets, Countertops, Furniture and Doors, 1 Pint, Mocha

This paint completely transformed my countertops! I love that there’s no sanding, stripping, or priming required — it made the whole project so quick and stress-free. The color “Licorice” looks sleek and modern with a nice matte finish. It went on smoothly, dried fast, and feels super durable — no chips or cracks so far. A little goes a long way, and the finish looks like it was professionally done. Definitely recommend for a budget-friendly and beautiful DIY upgrade!

This paint is the best! This is the second time I’ve used it on a project, and I couldn’t be happier. So easy to apply, without having to do the labour intensive sanding and priming work. I was able to refurbish my nightstands (see image of before and after) and save myself the hassle and money of buying a new set. Be patient and “stipple” the areas that you don’t roll - the final finish will be nice and even. I did 2 coats, and have leftover paint kept at the ready in case I get any little nicks. I would describe this colour “Pebble” as a medium taupe. I will come on here and give a Sherwin Williams comparable colour. That’s the hardest part about ordering, is not having a paint chip to hold in your space with your correct lighting. Luckily, Amazon is great about returns. I ordered the small size container and it was plenty to do 2 coats on both nightstands and I still have leftover in the jar. Side note: for this project, I also ordered the colour “Sand” and would describe it as a light creamy colour with the tiniest hint of pink, so it’s a warmer creamy white. It’s a lovely colour, too, but not right for me this time. Overall - Excellent paint - I’ll be buying it a third time for next year’s projects.

First of all, the company advertise the paint as a little self leveling, no sanding and no priming. This is the worst paint that I’ve ever used. The paint has what looks to me dried pieces of paint in it. When I went to paint it leaves it on the furniture, which I have to end up sanding off. I also purchased the kit which included the tray, a brush that you could pick up from your local hardware store from $.94 that left brussels on the furniture and a roller that didn’t do anything. It didn’t even roll. It didn’t look like the picture. I would not suggest using this paint It’s not worth the price.

I wanted to paint an old rocking chair that had been wrapped up in plastic in my garage for about forty years, when the nursery was transformed into a gym. On a Facebook site someone told of restoring an old beat-up hutch, and mentioned having used this Beyond Paint All-In-One, and it really made the hutch look like new! I checked to see if Amazon carried the product and ordered a pint sized can. The rocking chair was a blond wood, and as I plan to use it in the living room, and the furnishings are all a darker wood, I ordered mocha. What a marvelous product, it covers beautifully - from the first brush stroke. No odor and I absolutely LOVE the "jar" lid that just screws on. I applied two coats, and still have 2/3's of the pint's contents, there just is no waste. The rocking chair looks brand new, having a lovely eggshell finish in "mocha." Great product, showed much more cool toned than the item description but still nice. Used the color almond on the top and pebble on the bottom. Only used one of the small pints 16 oz and still had some left over for the entire bottom of my cabinets. It took three coats. Top took 1 whole quart 32 oz and it took four coats +.

I'm giving this product 5 stars so far, though I just applied it yesterday, so I don't know how it will hold up. I had previously tried Rust-O-Leum appliance paint for my countertop. I was pretty happy with that. It didn't hold up forever, but that was never my expectation. Also, I bought the stainless-steel color, and though it did look kind of metallic, it more blended with stainless steel than mimicked it. I bought the Beyond paint to create a matte finish that I hoped would look like some new era laminate countertops. I got the look I was seeking (see photo). If the paint really holds up, what's special about it is that there is no odor, it dries really fast, and my countertop project looks like a replacement, not a repainting. You'll note that it is sold in 1-pint jars. This was way more than I needed for my tiny countertop. It's very thick. I always meant to repaint my countertop with the original product I used, but going through that process again was really daunting. So, my 5 stars are for ease of application, no odor, fast drying, and good looks just after application.

It took awhile to choose this color. I was aprehensive of having my bathroom vanity painted red (poppy). I actually love the end result. It was so easy to use the Beyond Paint All-In-One Paint. The final result is easy to clean and looks great. The color really pops. The paint gives the vanity a upgraded texture. This process was cheaper than buying a new vanity.

this paint is a miracle !!! don't hesitate to purchase this paint- no priming no sealing just paint 2 coats and you're all done. and it looks really good . I will be buying again

The best paint ever! Especially if your like me and hate all the prep, as with this paint all you have to do is clean the item then paint it.. sooo easy

The paint arrived in unusable condition and was crumbling straight out of the can.

I gave it 4 stars because you need to apply more than 2 coats for added durability. We painted our powder room vanity and while the 2 coat did provide good coverage, it also started nicking and chipping very easily. Yes we prepped the vanity well and even scuffed up the surface, used iso alcohol to clean, let fully dry etc. but we ended up adding another 2 coats and that did the trick. So a total of 4 coats provided enough durability for daily use. We used half of the pint but because we bought the paint specifically for this vanity, it was worth it, but it's also a guinea pig before trying this out in our kitchen. Lays out thick and does smooth out nicely with a fine haired paint brush. Dries within 2 to 4hrs in between coats, don't rush it.

Color would have been perfect, however I opened it up and it was all crumbling. Very disappointed
