Faulty screen

Item received faulty the screen didn’t worked properly and also had pixelated lines down it. Couldn’t use and was a gift for Christmas. Unsure of wether to re order or not due to disappointment.

Let down.

Can only be used as a handheld. The games are good, and has the retro games that I like to play. The issue I have is the fact it doesn't allow me to connect it up to the TV, which is what I wanted it for. I've even bought a separate connector for it, to try and do it through the hdmi input, but still doesn't work. If I only wanted a handheld console, I eould of bought domething else. This is I have given it 2 stars.
