Life saver! Lichen for the win!
I was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency so I bought the standard products but they didn't agree with me. So I stopped.I went online and after months found a line in a NIH article that standard vitamin d is made from lanolin, or sheep. Wool. I'm allergic to lanolin.So I tried this and have not experienced any negative effects and am able to treat the deficiency. Minor miracle.

This Viitamin D3 is vegetarian.

They are good vitamins.
Pills are not to big. Easy to take them. Make sure to drink full glass of water and I normally take them with my breakfast.

My new go-to
I used to get a chewable version of a vegan Vitamin D supplement but it was often out of stock. This has been a great option for me and I recently started taking it instead.
