These are awesome for dips on my cage. Very easy to get on and off!

Bar works well if it fits your rack
The bar did not fit my rack completely so you have to shim me it if it is too big for your rack however, if it is too small, then you are out of luck. So make sure that you measure your rack before buying the dip bar however it seems dirty enough for any use though I’ve seen other user complaints of the dip bar bending underload, but I would imagine that if you are pushing 300 pounds or more, it cannot sustainably hold up overtime

Great Value
Now I have a dip station but don't have to dedicate the floor space for one. Attached to my rack in seconds.

Unstable mounting
Poor quality. Shims do not work to stabilize the bar, does not fit the rack as advertised.

Quality product
This attachment is super sturdy, I have no worry of it bending or breaking (I’m 170 pounds) The only thing to note is that the leverage when doing dips all the way on the end is very high, which I could see potentially causing damage to the power rack itself, if it’s not a quality one. Other than that, the little spacers that are included help to ensure a tight and sturdy fit on the rack. Overall a great product, it’s comfortable, sturdy, convenient, doesn’t take much space when not in use, and provides great functionality, especially at this price.

From a 230lb guy: THESE ARE S-T-U-R-D-Y
These Kipika dip handles are legit. The construction is seriously impressive—heavy-duty steel, clean welds, and zero wiggle once they’re locked in. They feel like something you’d find in a commercial gym, not a $70 Amazon add-on. What really sets these apart is the multi-grip design. The different grip widths make it easy to target chest, triceps, and even do inverted rows with a neutral grip. The knurled foam handles surprised me—they’re firm and grippy without tearing up your hands. Installation was a breeze. They slide right into standard 3x3 uprights (mine’s a REP PR-1100) and lock in tight with the included pins and chains. No rattling, no sketchy movement even under load—I’m ~215 lbs and these things don’t flinch. If you’re building out a home gym and want versatile, tank-grade attachments that don’t feel like knockoffs, this set punches way above its price. I’d buy them again in a heartbeat.

The perfect dip bar
Love this dip bar, I use it in nearly all of my workouts. High quality, comfortable grips, feels nice and has great stability. It fit nice and snug. It's really easy to attach and detach as well.
