The keyboard's "H" key stopped working today after only 3- and one-half months of light home use. It was fine when it worked, now it is just junk.

I have only had this case and keyboard for a couple of weeks, but I like what I have seen so far. The keyboard connected easily, the lights work great. The cover fits my 2018 iPad perfectly. The cover was a lot more shiny than I was expecting. It seems durable and looks good.

I had an excellent, case for my iPad six. After an unfortunate drop or two, one from a height, it stopped working. I bought this to replace it, but I ended up scavenging the keyboard out of the new one, so I could use it with the old case. I just wish the old keyboard could be removed from its case, but it can’t. The fix is an awkward one, because now I have two things to worry about. There was no way I could set the new case up so the iPad was usable at about a 85° angle w/o moving the keyboard so as to be able to type on it. With the new case, I had to disengage the keyboard and then screw around with the case so the iPad would stand up. That worked, but when I was finished, I had to re-fold everything and try to get the keyboard in just the right place so that the magnetic closure would work. All in all, although I have nothing against the functioning of the keyboard – and it was very easy to hook on with Bluetooth and the lock button works, which was unique any of my other cases thus far— the inconvenience factor was too much for me. I would rather have to pull out the new keyboard to work with my iPad by placing it over the old one. At least the iPad is steady and its angle easily adjustable. When I am finished, I can just take lift the new keyboard out and close the old case securely. The old then case has been discontinued or I certainly would’ve gotten another one. …I should also say the backlighting on the new case is quite good.

I bought this for a surprise for my 12 year old granddaughter and she absolutely loves it!!she has tried out all of it’s techy things that it does like change colors on the keyboard, etc. She thanks me every day for it!

The keyboard stopped working after only using it during the second session. NOT happy

The keys broke off and it’s separate from the case and iPad which was not shown in the picture. Don’t waste your money.
