Reminds me of the liquid laxative Fletchers Castoria my mom gave us as kids, 60 years ago. This is much better than fiber powders, chewables, or pills, and works better and faster. Pleasant tasting and does what it's supposed to do!

The flavoring wasn’t great but pretty tolerable. Definitely could be masked well in chocolate milk if you don’t want to taste it. Not sure on efficacy, but it seems to work good enough as opposed to taking a harsher laxative.

It is easy to use than the pills .My daughter has a feeding tube
