Construction is good but with drawbacks
I like the construction and the possibility of wcrewing it to the oneway live center. I like to use something to reverse chucking my piece so that I can hold it on the headstock of the lathe using my vacuum chuck. When I remove it from the back, I like to use the live center to provide more support on the bottom of the piece, and it takes a while to unscrew this piece. I rather use another tailstock that I can easily remove when I liberate the chuck from the bottom of the piece or when I unscrew the faceplate. then I put the livecenter in the tailstock. It is quicker than unscrewing this piece every time.

Works great especially for reverse chucking in a vacuum chuck. Centers perfectly. I really use it to mount another piece of wood to the top of a hollow form. I can rotate to make it fit. Good accessory.
