ITS 486201 Pool Exact EZ Photometer Entry Digital Pool Water Test Kit - 6-Tests Each

The customer service department authentically understands the importance of customers. I received the product and one of the strips was missing, along with the strip counts not as adverstised. Well, the package contained a business card of the company which was extremely useful. As at times, trying to contact a seller via Amazon for a particular reason, isn't always convenient or effective. I sent an email to the seller on Sunday, some time Monday I saw a had a reply (and a missed telephone call). It said they had already shipped me the missing testing strips (plus some) and offered future assistance if needed. Tuesday, I had my package. It did take me some time to understand how to use this product. Take the time, don't get frustrated because this product is excellent. Pow, read 7.8 PH on the reader, rather than using a strip and wondering if it's a 7.6 or 8.0. Fantastic for people having trouble matching color. I also like that I can first use a traditional test strip, match it, try to determine a ppm, then use the Exact meter and immediately see how off I was using the test strip. I gave it a 4 on easy to use. It is very easy to use, after you read, re-read and then understand how to use it. It took me time but you may pick up more easily. I gave it a 4 on accuracy but I've only used the Exact meter 3 times. Right now, I think the accuracy is close to perfection (after comparing results to a traditional test strip. I highly recommend this product. It appears to be a game changer. Thank you Customer service!

This pool tester has been great. My pool has never looked better and I don’t have to take water to the pool store for analysis. Only 2 disappointments—I wish I had ordered the Bluetooth version(didn’t know it existed) and I wish I had gotten one with more than the “starter pack” of test strips.

The biggest problem is there is no scale to tell what readings are good/bad. The old test strip bottles at least have a guide on them. No matter how accurate this devise is, if I don't know what a good range reading is supposed to be I can't know what chemicals to add.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but this device has made pool water management much easier. I was using the kit that the Trouble Free Pool folks recommend, but it was a chemistry experiment every week. The eXact is really easy to use, my pool chemistry is much easier to manage and I'm not going off to Leslie's to verify my results. As for it being pricey, everything involved with the pool is pricey. Highly recommend, if I can use this thing it musy be easy!

This product works great for all the standard pool water tests. Only reason to deduct one star is because the testing takes a little bit longer than I'd like. Most tests take 30 seconds to complete but CYA takes 1.5 minutes.This thing has a memory feature so you can look back if you forgot the results. Also it has an auto-off feature which is nice.

Love this tester...easy to use...a little pricey...but if you're tired of guessing at your levels based on strip colors then I highly recommend

The most important reading for my pool is inaccurate. I have tested the meter using a pH buffered test solution, two other digital pH meters and a wet test method. I need to control of my pool at 7.0 and this meter just shows ‘Low.’ The meter user manual indicates a range of 6.2-8.4.I am also suspicious of the other readings I need Cu and Ca, as the Cu reading is a bit higher than my wet test method.

Better than trying to color match with the test strips.
