Used to build goose house opener
Used to build goose house opener with 18" lift, holding the two sides of big sliding doors in place. Initially, I tried to buy 1 inch U channel, but those rails are cheaper, stronger, and smoother.

Great rails and hardware in this kit
Great rails. The bearing blocks though have a slight gap between the rail pole and the sides of the bearing block. This allows a back and forth wiggle while the block is on the rail. I’m using these for an application where I don’t want any wiggle room between the bearing block and the rail. Anyone come up with a solution to keep the block fixed on the rail? Thanks

Okay for the price
Cheap rails. They work, but they're not smooth and they make quite a bit of noise.

works as advertised.
very hefty rails no bending under the weight of a plunge router and my weight reaching over the work piece. they a bit noisy and probably could use more grease but that would cause too much dust buildup. came with hardware screws and a stopper handle but still had to purchase more since they were to long for my application. as a side note i accidentally purchased the wrong size and were too short to complete the task but worked as advertised. very satisfied with this prodcut.

Great rails and bearings
The media could not be loaded. Used these to make a router sled, very happy with them.

Bearings
I can say the bearings aren’t the best. I bought a 1500mm rail and the bearings work amazing, I ordered 2 pairs (4 total) of the 2000mm rails and 1 of the eight railing bearings works halfway right, and the rest slide maybe an inch. The 1500mm bearings are the exact same and they all slide halfway down the rail with ease. Is there a certain grease anyone has found that would help this or a way of getting new ones. I don’t wanna send the rails back because of the bearings, I’m looking for alternatives or solutions.

Great rails but with just a little bit of flex
Great rails but with just a little bit of flex. I used these for a router sled. There were two drawbacks. The first was hunting for the correct screw size of the holes on the mounting blocks. (Metric6 by the way) The second if a little bit of flex in the rails. For a full size router I may have to go back and add some steel underneath the rails so they don't sag.
