But because it’s malleable you’ll need cuticle trimmers for cutting and cleaning up.

I bought this item to glue my press on nails. But, booooy this glue used with a nail lamp work wonders. The quality is amazing. I kept my press on nails for over a month with this glue. The thickness isn’t messy, it’s very flexible and the size of the jar will last you a lifetime. Clean up the glue around the nail before placing under the lamp and the look is so professional that people will think you just stepped out of the nail shop.

UPDATE: After 12 hours I couldn’t take the pain anymore. DO NOT USE THIS GEL GLUE WITH ANY TYPE OF PRE-MADE PRESS ON NAIL. This glue needs to be under a CLEAR TIP and cured 100%. If left even slightly uncured you will develop a gel allergy that is INCURABLE. My body will now and forever reject any type of gel nail product or polish because my body is now going to identify it as an allergen. Please look at the 1 star reviews. This is such a common issue with this product and needs to 10000% be explained and expressed by the seller. If you have ANY type of discomfort using, IMMEDIATELY SOAK THESE OFF WITH ACETONE. Which can actually re-expose your nails to the uncured gel but it’s better than leaving them on and having your nails fall off. I’m in so much pain, I can’t use my fingertips and any type of pressure soft or even lightly brushed against I’m yelling in agony it STINGS, my skin and fingertips are blistering and my nail beds are literally lifting off my finger. I’ve never in the 4 years I’ve been doing my nails at home EVER had a reaction like this. With more research it is in fact because I applied to a nail tip that was not allowing my lamp to fully cure the gel. If I would’ve been made aware of this before hand that would’ve saved me a world of hurt and so so many others. Please look at the one star reviews. The crazy part is my nail glue I normally use the KDS tubes are amazing and I love them I just thought I could get even longer wear using this. I’m just so sad. I hurt. Ugh. If you were a literal Beetle, I would stomp on you. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been doing press on nails with just normal nail glue for several months now and honestly, I love it! I used this because logically it makes sense that it would last longer than nail glue. However, the tips that I put on my feet are great and I have no pain, drying time was fast, but I use this to put press ons, on my fingers, and my nail beds are so sore. I can barely use my hands. I’ve had a few pop off after 12 hr but the ones that are burning on fire feel cemented onto my nail beds. I don’t really know how to get this stuff off, my fingers are just honestly in a lot of pain, I think I will stick to nail glue when it comes to my fingers. I don’t normally react to things like this so I’m not sure what is the issue. They literally feel burnt like my nail beds were burnt in the curing process however they never got hot under the lamp so maybe it is chemical? I’m not sure. My feet feel fine with no pain but my fingers are hurting.

Only lasts 2 weeks but thats enough for me. I get tired of the color by then anyway. And there is a learning curve. You don't need much!

Listen, ladies. If you are a flat-nail-bedded girly like me, this glue is going to be your best friend. I do my own nails, and have experimented with different brands of press-ons. I find that this works best with the clear nail extensions that you have to file/paint yourself, rather than ones that you get pre-made from the drug store. I honestly prefer that, so just be mindful of the type of nails you're working with. You will need to prep your nails properly! This glue, like any other requires proper nail prep. A little product goes a long way- literally a thin layer can fill in a huge gap. I like to scoop a little bit with my cuticle pusher and spread it along the bed of my false nail, then remove the excess before applying to my natural nail. I find that I get a more even application and waste less product. With proper prep and application, these nails last 2-3 weeks minimum (my nails grow fast).
