they work amazing
The Comfytemp Wireless TENS Unit is basically a tiny massage therapist you can strap on anywhere. 💆♂️⚡ My muscles go from “ouch, why did I exist?” to “ahhh, bliss” in minutes. Wireless means I can roam around the house like a futuristic robot getting pampered, and it’s strong enough to actually feel the relief without making me jump across the room. 10/10 would zap again. battery life is amazing, easy to use, and very effective because I feel like heaven when the timer goes off

Powerful
This is the most powerful TENS unit I've ever used. I rarely turn it up to even 50% power. The batteries in the devices also last a long time which lets you focus on restoration and not on charging. I like that it also has EMS and massage modes. It would be nice if you could control whether or not it goes in a pattern or goes continuously. I bought an additional set and for some reason, the app does not allow you to use more than two units at a time which is frankly stupid. If I want to run 8 of these at once I should be able to. There's no good reason to limit it. Please change this and I will buy more. The other thing I don't like so much is the pads lose stickiness very quickly compared to other pads I've used. You get a few uses out of them and have to buy new ones which can get expensive. Luckily these units are an amazing price for what you get. More options than the two pad types would be nice as well. They're both pretty small so a larger one would be nice. Another nice to have would be a slimmer main unit. Even if this increased footprint size I think it would be worth it for comfort. Lastly I would love a version with heat. I haven't been able to find a single wireless unit that offers that. It's hard to find them even in wired units. So make it happen. Overall it's a nice unit and works well despite the few gripes and nice to have wishes.

Wireless Unit works Great....Love Mine💖
I've had this Comfytemp unit for over a year now. I am very happy with this wifi cordless unit. It works great and the price is right. I have used it for muscle kinks and osteoarthritis in my knee.Con- not happy with the reusable pads that come with this unit. They are cheap, don't last very long. I found another company on Amazon that sells replacement pads with snaps. I buy those pads instead. They are made of a heavy duty vinyl pad. Can be used many times before having to replace them.

great product i highly recommend
great product and good support. if you need it you should get it. also wish that they sold the extra pads in larger kits. for example a kit of 8 large pads. it would save on shipping and packaging costs.

Pros & cons
Pros:Wide variety of programs and intensity levels to choose fromReliable app and strong connection (pairing issues may indicate a defective unit, not a common problem, I had one like that)Easy to rechargeDecent battery lifeCons:Adhesive pads lose stickiness quickly, especially during workouts (sometimes only a couple of uses). To get the best results, wipe your skin with rubbing alcohol before applying. If a pad has lost adhesion, it may cause an uncomfortable shock.Replacement pads are sold only in kits that include multiple styles. I like the butterfly pad, but I end up paying for ones I don’t use since they’re bundled together.Adhesive quality could be better—I’d gladly pay more for higher-quality pads.Intensity maxes out at 20; while effective, I wish it could go higher.Overall:I originally planned to return this unit, but after trying Chirp’s TENS unit, I realized I preferred this one and canceled the return of the Comfytemp. With improved pad quality and more flexible replacement options, this would be an excellent product. I kept pads in place with kt tape.

Not user friendly.
I thought this would be good, but it's not.The base layer of the pads is made from a semi-rigid plastic. The edges are sharp and they chafe the skin the entire time they are on. Plus the wire on one of the 2-piece pads broke off the first time I tried to use it.Also, the control app is not user friendly. It allows you to use 2 units at one time, but you have to have both of them on the same setting. So, if you want one on your back, and one on your leg, with the back set to one setting, and the leg to anther - you can't. You can set the intensity separately for each, but that's it. The type of setting (tens, ems, tapping, needing, etc.) is set to the same for both units. And, if you go through a cycle on both or either of the units, and then want to set up another cycle, you have to back out of the app all the way to the first screen, turn both units back on manually, and then go forward in the app to the setting screen. That's the only way the app will resume communication with the units.
