Perfect!.. No need to show your hand so close
Working amazing!.. 🙏 I get used to show my hands so close to sensor but this product is working so good. It's continue will wash my face. No need to show my hands shile washing my face!... Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!.. 🙏 🙏 🙏

The perfect solution turned out to be Junk.
This product seemed like the right solution 6 months ago. Place your hands under the faucet and it turns on, when finished washing it turns off not need to touch the handles, nobody leaving the faucet dripping. It was the perfect solution.... Until this morning. Woke up to the bathroom floor flooded and water spraying out from the mixing valve area. It failed. The mix was set months ago and has not been adjusted. There was no indication that there was any issue the prior day and the faucet was working as expected for the last 6 months. This device should last much longer than 6 months.

4 Stars Because…
We love the automatic feature but it doesn’t turn on when you directly wash hands under faucet. You have to place your hand more near the sensor than it turns out. Also , wish there was a way to choose how long the water runs. See my video. One cycle doesn’t wash hands thoroughly. I’m finding it averages up to 3 swipes for a good rinse.

Very classy look
Looks great and works really well. Had to get the automatic faucets because my mother has dementia and would leave the water running. Got these and they are saving us a lot of money.

Stopped working after 9 months
I got 2. One stopped working after 9 months, even with new batteries. I can't find any way to contact the company.

At first it worked well. The automatic function was good. But then after a week, we noticed a leak. We had a plumber look at it and he said the problem was with the faucet itself. Everything was tighten and sealed but leak got worse.
