Great for bister prevention. I put these on the ball of my feet where I usually start to develop some hot spots which I end up taking a couple of days to recover from. Now I just put them on before my walk or hike, which is usually 5-8 miles and no more hot spots! They stay on the whole time so adhesion is good. Like I said great for blister "prevention".

It didn't work well on my toe areas, but it did eliminate painful friction on the soles of my feet, and it stays in place and lasts the entire day. Note, I haven't used this product in the hot months of Summer yet, only during the Winter and Spring months. I didn't try or have a need to use it on the back heel areas of my feet, nor the top or sides of my feet.

Way better than I thought & better than the previous brand I was using. I work 12hr days and walk between 20k and 50k steps a day in safety shoes… needless to say my feet need as much protection as I can give them. These stick all day and actually aren’t difficult to remove. The last brand would sometimes tear my skin coming off of my heals, these come off with ease.

Worked pretty well used it for breaking in my rock climbing shoes and they've helped majorly with the rubbing on the back of my heel

I know you're supposed to put these on before the blister starts, however that was not my case. I wore a new pair of shoes to work and it tore through the back of my ankle. The worst blister I have ever received, so bad in fact I had to wear slip ons for two weeks for it to heal. This is where the tape came in. My foot was still healing, but I couldn't wear slip ons to work, this tape saved my ankle. I used a little extra padding underneath for comfort given my situation, the tape didn't move, peel, or cause any irritation to my skin. Held in place so nicely I was able to wear regular shoes without additional trauma to the area or pain.Give the tape 5-10 min to really settle onto your skin before adding socks or shoes, it helps it cure and stay in place. It is worth the wait. I would recommend these to anyone preventing or healing from a blister.

My first complaint is not being able to tell which size you're getting. Both the regular and wide version are 3.5" so selecting the 3.5" size is a crapshoot. They stick very well and do prevent blisters. But they are not durable. If you take a shower, it's a goner. And you should probably change it daily or risk having a hole caused from the friction on the shoe....which defeats the purpose of a blister prevention product.

I am an avid runner. Have had problems with foot blisters for awhile. Had been trying out several different bandaids and nothing has worked until I tried this KT tape strips. Since using these my blisters are completely healing!! Anyone who is dealing with blisters, I highly recommend this product, and I will definitely continue to buy these!!!
