I bought this remote control package for my Samsung Smart TV and I was delighted. They work perfectly from the first moment, they synchronize quickly and all buttons respond without delay. Shortcuts to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video and Disney+ are super practical and make daily use much easier for me. In addition, the quality of the material feels resistant and the design is identical to the original.

My original remote had the voice control and there were control problems and the buttons would get broken. This style works a lot better and hope the buttons do not break due to the if I push harder it will work strategies.

Worked instantly, no setup, just batteries and go. Seems a little sluggish in response but that is probably my 5 year old tv. The voice button doesn't seem to work, but that's probably because my TV doesn't have the capability.

Works perfectly with my Hisense u75qg. The original remote was a battery eater because of its backlight that doesn't shut off.

Controller works great, value was good. I had to buy these because they are cheaper than the regular Samsung ones. The Samsung ones work the best of course but for some reason they break easily or stop working. These controllers sync up to the TV no problem and have been way more reliable for me than the Samsung controller. I docked the controllers a star because for some reason neither of the two controllers preset Disney button works
