My daughter loves them! I sent her the Classics as a surprise. She says they smell amazing!

these were nice, but they didn't stay scented as long as I thought they would. I still like to use them. they're a little bit soft colored when you're using them for the adult coloring books.

I just had different expectations than what I received...The scents are less aromatherapy, and more like air fresheners or scented laundry detergent. The scent is also mild, so you don't smell it unless the pencil is right up at your nose. And, I had to stop and keep rubbing it. Also, since the scent is only on the outside of the pencil, and the lead is unscented, your coloring page won't a scent after you use them. Oh, and the scents on the package don't match the names in bold on the pencils, rather it's what the scent is trying to imitate (i.e. "orange & honey" is "a feesh squeeze of sunshine" on the pencil). If I had realized all of this before purchasing them, I don't think that I would have bought them... for ~$20. I'm considering returning them. I just wish I could find another brand that has "adult"/aromatherapy scents.Note: My kids have the Smencils brand colored pencils, which are much nicer, but the scents are all fruity/sweets type scents that appeal to my kids. Those pencils have individual color-coded tubes for each pencil to keep the scents seperate and to last longer. You don't have to rub the pencil. The lead is also scented... All around a very nice set, which probably set my expectations for this product so high.

Everything about these colored pencils is enchanting, the design, scents, *the names of the colors*. Sigh. These scratch my itch for charming, lovely, little things to elevate the day-today, and they take coloring as relaxation to a new level of self-care. The quality of the pencils themselves in terms of drawing/coloring is great as well; they blend easily and the colors are clear/unmuted (they are not as rich/smooth as true artist quality pencils but perform above standard Crayola, similar to Prismacolor). I had to get a couple more as gifts and both recipients were absolutely delighted.

I love the idea of these pencils. In fact a bought a set as a gift and have a full set myself. At first you could really smell the essentials oils when using them but the scent fades in the pencils after a short time. Now you don't smell them at all while using them. The colors do belnd well. However, the lead breaks easily when sharpening, so they are not going to last long. The silver used in the design of the outside of the pencils also rubs off easily. My hands are always a mess after using them. Not a deal breaker but annoying. Overall they are just average pencils. I probably wouldn't spend that much on them again without some improvements being made.
