This is by far the best in home bench. If you're comparing this to any of the similar ones on Amazon, you have the best one right here. Take it from someone who's looked into several, purchased a few, only to have them not be what they say they are, break within a week or just have been a waste. This one is perfect, durable and has many features most do not haveMy husband has worked out his entire life & trained others, so working out is a part of life for him. Recently he hasn't been able to get to the gym as much as he likes, so we purchased this & these are our highlights:*It fold up quickly & with ease, which is a great space saver*It is durable, easy to use*It can be adjusted & can actually fit us both (he is 6'1" & I am 5'2")*It comes with spotter arms which is a great safety measure if you dont have a spotter. They allow you to confidently benchpress alone and they can be moved to the backside where you can do squat lifts safely*It has features that you don't usually find all together on other benches- you can do "chest flys"/butterflies, preacher curls, leg lifts, bench press, squat lift and more- all with the one machine*The barbell rack is also adjustable*This is great for my light workouts & durable enough to withstand his heavy workoutsOverall this has been a great purchase, there isn't any complaints. Weight bench works good, I like the fact that it is foldable and easy to store and hide away, no issues with any parts except that the attachment for the preacher curl weights is too small for the weights I have, the bar that you put weights on is a lot smaller and so when you try to put weights on it they are loose. This is fine though because the pin still holds them in place and they don’t really move. The adjustability of all the parts is nice as well. Overall it is a worth it bench definitely recommend.

Great! It is not too hard to put together. I'm short 5' 3" so the size is pretty good for me especially for the extensions my legs fit well and have range. It holds my Olympic Bar, it has safety catch. It offers a lot of adjustment on the bar if you are taller. You can use it to squat not just bench. Best suited for smaller diameter plates on the attachments. Made for standard plates but has Olympic adapters great if you have smaller diameter plates. Great way to start a lifting journey on a budget.

I’m really happy with this weight bench. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions, and all the parts were included. The bench is very stable and comfortable to use during workouts. It supports all my exercises perfectly, especially for bench presses and leg curls. For the price, it’s an excellent value and feels like gym-quality equipment. Highly recommend it!

This thing is solid and sturdy. It comes apart in sections making it easy to move. It also folds up easily to get it out of the way when not in use. The seat is comfortable with a good comfortable width. I like that seat slides to adjust as needed, I'm 5'1" and my husband is 5'11" so that feature is handy. The hardware was vacuum sealed on cardboard and clearly labeled making assembly super easy following the instructions.

Sturdy weight bench; serves its purpose for my sons to be able to lift weights on days that they do not at school. Instructions for the most part were decent; figures could be a bit bigger for better understanding as there are not a lot of written steps- we were able to put it together within 45 minutes. Only aspect that I do not like - and didn't realize until I had put it all together is that there is no way for the bench to be put in an upright position so that different inclines can be used and for back support when using the leg portion. Overall would buy again.

Great, affordable weight bench! The product was easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions, has been used regularly for a beginner like myself, and held up good so far. Package arrival time was astonishing , love the materials used in the press bench ,tools and manual. My only concern was that one of the pieces for leg curls had some damage. It suffer a fissure for how compacted the times were inside the box.
