I have a 5 month old and have been too afraid to cut his nails with clippers so I’ve been biting them instead - that’s what my mother, best friend, sister, and sister in law did and they swore that was the best method. That worked for us too until my poor little boy’s big toe got infected because of me biting his nail. I felt awful. I was skeptical of this, but bought it because of the great reviews. I immediately used it and let me tell you something, I’m OBSESSED. This gets the nails shorter than I ever could and it truly does NOT hurt the skin. There are different attachments based off of baby’s age. The attachment/grinder was basically against his skin the whole time and never irritated him or broke skin. He didn’t mind AT ALL. It’s super easy to use and the process was quick. I feel SO much more confident and better about keeping his little nails short. I’m so thankful I found this product and bought it! Totally recommend and now I have the perfect baby shower gift to get for friends.

This baby nail trimmer has been a total game changer for us. If you’re nervous about trimming tiny baby nails, this makes the process so much easier and safer. We used this nail trimmer for my babies first year and I loved it ! It made triggering her nails so easy and I didn't have to worry about cutting to close or hurting her . It's very safe and easy to use . Not to loud so my baby wasn't scared of it. Definitely recommend to my new momma's out there.

While it takes a little getting used to, this trimmer has been so helpful. We have been using this since our girls were born & are still using it now that they are toddlers (though we did have to replace it twice). Just gives me peace of mind knowing that even if they move, they’re not going to get hurt. The trimmer works well & the added attachments really help as baby’s nails get stronger. My only complaints are the durability of the product (have had trouble with 2 of the 3 we’ve owned when it comes to quality of the connectors for the batteries) and the placement of the light as it is blocked by the actual file part. Overall this has been a great product for our family.

This is an absolute must if you’re having a baby. It’s gentle, it’s efficient, and it’s quiet. I literally use this every other day if not every day as my sweet child grows talons at a ridiculously accelerated rate. It’s compact and incredibly easy to use. Just buy it

LOVE the nail trimmer! I am a first time mom and was not sure what to use to trim my baby’s nails. I can say after several uses this works fantastic for a newborns toenails and fingernails! It’s so gentile and quiet I’m even able to cut her nails while she sleeps which is a huge bonus! I’ve also done her nails while she’s been awake and she seemed very comfortable with me using it while she was awake. She didn’t even try to pull away her hands or cry. Also, it made this process very quick for our 7 week old baby girl! I love that it comes with multiple attachment heads and tells you the correct age range to use it on. It’s so easy to pack for traveling because everything comes in compact storage case! The design in general is overall fantastic. I’d recommended to anyone searching for a nail trimmer for their child. It also came with additional nail heads and much was awesome!

Awesome product. Has a light to aid early morning/night time nail trimming. 2 speeds each for 2 rotations. Good range of roughness from 0-3 month all the way up to adult. Far easier than trying to use a nail clipper. No chance of cutting baby finger tips, however prolonged (more than 2 seconds) exposure to soft skin CAN get hot and burn. Best use: quick bouts of contact, using the edge of the wheel. The direction of rotation is hard to figure out, it leadse to suspect nails have a grain pattern, or I'm just a sleep deprived new parent. Come in a compact carrying case keeping all the little bits (and spare parts) all in one place.

This baby nail trimmer set has some good features but also notable limitations. The 21-in-1 kit with labeled case is convenient and includes a variety of tools and replacement heads. The electric filing is generally gentle and safe for baby's nails, which is the main advantage over traditional clippers. However, I've found that it doesn't do a great job with the corners of the nails. The filing heads struggle to reach and properly smooth the nail corners, which means I often have to go back and manually file or trim those areas. This defeats some of the convenience factor. More concerning is that it sometimes leaves sharp edges after filing. I've had to do additional smoothing with a traditional nail file to ensure the edges are completely rounded and won't scratch the baby's delicate skin. This is disappointing because the whole point of getting this was to avoid any sharp edges. The device works okay for the center portion of the nails and is quieter than expected, which is nice for not startling the baby. The multiple speed settings are helpful. But given the corner issues and sharp edge problems, I'm giving it 3 stars. It's an okay supplementary tool but not the complete solution I was hoping for.

Dopo molti utilizzi è ancora funzionante come al primo utilizzo: la batteria mantiene bene la carica, e le varie testine hanno ancora un buon margine di utilizzo. Stopped working for me after 3 uses - Iv tried changing batteries- would like a refund as that doesn’t seem good

I gave this product five stars because it works great and doesn't kill the battery. There's a built-in flashlight to improve visibility when filing down the nails. There are also many different options for the coarseness of the file. Filing is also pain-free, so I'm able to trim my toddler's nails with no issue. Definitely worth the money

My baby has just turned 3 months old and this has been imperative to our care routine. I was apprehensive about buying clippers as I have a tendency to cut my own skin when using them, so this battery operated file has been a game changer. I love that there are different levels of grit that match the baby's age, and a couple of bits for adults too, as well as replacements. I paid roughly £16 for this and it has absolutely paid for itself given the range of bits as it will see my LO through his first year at the very least. It has two rotation options - clockwise and anti-clockwise, as well as two speeds both ways. The case it comes in is compact and easy to store. It functions well and as expected, and it's very gentle on my newborns nails, but with any device like this parents should always exercise caution and take care when using. It isn't too loud and I usually manage to use it while baby is sleeping, which is a benefit to those whose babies may not like having their nails filed. I also recommend doing it while they sleep as its a lot easier than trying to wrestle them to stay still. An extremely easy to use device that has taken the anxiety out of taking those cats claws down. I would use again in the future if we have any more children.
