Very nice set of heavy duty press plates.

I needed a set of press plates for my hydraulic press frame to replace the bearings on a couple of truck axles. They arrived very clean, well packaged with a light coating of oil to prevent rust. The edges of the plate were very straight with no burrs. It looked like they were possibly fabricated with a high end water jet cutter. They are very heavy, so have some pity on the poor postal worker that delivers them and be very careful moving the package, best to move with a dolly.

Cast iron not steel

Clearly Cast iron junk. Sharp edges and moldings. Thick and heavy is about it. I would not buy again.
