While this tastes great, the dropper doesn’t work properly. Trying to figure out more than 2ml isn’t easy. I’m almost out and it’s not even a month yet. It also helped with sleep yet. Seller was really nice when I reached out for help.

I was pleasantly surprised to like this liquid magnesium as much as I do. It says to store in the fridge, so make sure to do that to extend the life of your magnesium. I have been taking supplements of magnesium but do know if I can take it sublingually my body can absorb it faster and better. I take this magnesium at night before bed and during the day if I am feeling I need to. So far it is helping and I like the quality and taste, plus the price is really good.

I don’t have a lot of sugar, and when I do it’s only natural unprocessed sugars. This hit those taste buds and woke them right up. Otherwise, I feel like the liquid didn’t give me the same effects as a tablet. I noticed my sleep was more irritable, my bowels were less easy - so my practitioner suggested I go back to the tablet or capsule In a gentle form. I have noticed a huge difference for me.
