I've spent years feeling exhausted and weighed down. No matter what changes I tried to make with nutrition, sleep, and physical movement, I never seemed to have the energy for anything. Mom loves her iron pills. Good size that are easy to swallow plus already has vitamin C.Her visits to the doctor show she is back to normal with iron levels and no lover anemic.

I highly recommend this product. Most people get constipated from taking iron. This iron has vitamin c which is good for absorption. It is also gentle on the stomach.This is not a paid review.
