Thank you for arranging another delivery day because I was in work. Helpful courier carried all pieces in for me. My son loves his new bed, I'm very pleased with the quality. One thing I didn't work out was how the plastic clips were ever going to clip to the base. My son's only nine so the bases haven't come apart. To clip the bases together would mean ripping the base, I'm not prepared to do that though. It's a great price, small double, mattress and head board. I couldn't have found this quality and price near me.

The bed itself is lovely and the mattress is comfortable. Easy assemblement. Unfortunately the mattress slides on the base so when I woke up this morning the mattress was off the bed partially so now I've put velcro straps on the base and mattress to keep it in place.Only gave 4 stars because the bed itself is great but the delivery is awful. i got a text with a time frame so I took the time off work but it never came. No contact from driver atall and when it did eventually show up the man tried to make me feel guilty even though he was very late.

Good service. This is a lovely bed, comfy and stylish and at a really affordable price.

The bed itself is really good and the customer service I received from the company was also pretty good. However, my one criticism comes from the fact that you have to put this bed together and it comes with zero instructions on how to do so, in particular the plastic clips for joining the base of the bed together. However, as I did not want to damage my warranty or the base of the bed, I had to go on YouTube to find out how to join the clips to the base of the bed and it worked. I could try and explain it here but this review would be even longer. Its not hard and quite easy once you know how. However, surely this should be the responsibility of the company selling this bed and not left to an individual to try and work this out and have the possibility of damaging the base of the bed or the warranty.

Lovely looking bed but very poor quality. I ordered this for my 14 year old sons room, the delivery was within the week and the driver called beforehand to let me know the bed was coming, the driver was very nice but as he was on his own he couldn't help take it up one flight of stairs. The bed itself is very flimsy and two holes on the base that were meant for the wheels were blocked so we had to leave the wheels off, the mattress is very soft and springy and when you lie down on it you can hear the springs pop, i don't think it will last my son very long. It is a lovely looking bed none the less and the headboard is beautiful when it's put on. My son was very happy so for now it will do. My advice is save up for a better quality bed as it will last you longer.

The quality of the bed is good for the price,but I am very veru disappointed from the delivery.I live in a flat on the 3rd floor and they don't deliver to the door and even didn't let me know to schedule another day because I am on own and I have little baby.So I had to bring everything on my own up to 3rd floor!! Very unprofessional!
