Q: Would this be a good replacement for my Classic Vibe tele?

It is low output vintage wind 5.9k instaled . It does have that classic 50s 60s whatever tele twang and honk clear tone. Personally I prefer a bit hotter bridge I like my clean tone a little dirty. The neck pickup in the set is beautiful one of the be finest clean electric guitar tones I've ever heard ever no shit.

Q: Any recommendations on bridge pickup height?

I adjusted mine to have a balanced level with the neck pickup. That way i don't get such a big difference in volume when i switch from one to another and also one doesn't overpower the other. It also depends on what kind of music you play and what sound you are looking for from your guitar.

Q: is the neck pup reverse wound with poles reversed?

no they are not but when you place them must be reversed polarity

Q: Can I use a 4 way switch with these pickups?
